Returns & Exchanges

At RMF Scrubs, we want you to feel as comfortable as you look. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unwashed, unworn scrubs in their original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
